Special train to York and Scarborough

Eurostar adds more services

The lowest cost for the single journey of almost 300 miles will be a mere £1, plus a booking fee of 50p that is the same whether the booking is for one person or more, so two people travelling together could go for a total of £2.50.

Free WiFi for First Class passengers at Leicester
East Midlands Trains has announced that next week sees introduction of free WiFi in the First Class lounge at Leicester station. Access to the internet will be available in the passenger lounge for First Class ticket holders from Monday 7th July.

DLR service changes from 28 June 2008
An intensive programme of works is in place on DLR to meet passenger growth by extending platforms to enable three-carriage trains to operate from 2010, increasing capacity by 50%.
